DT*: THE CONTACT STATED WHILE BEING TOWED AT VARIOUS SPEEDS ON HIGHWAYS, THE HYDRAULIC CYLINDER TILTED THE TRAILER WITHOUT WARNING WHICH ELEVATED THE TRAILER. ADDITIONALLY, THE TRAILER TONGUE DISPLAYED SIGNS OF FATIGUE AND TINY FRACTURES WITHIN THE WELDS EVEN THOUGH THE TONGUE WEIGHT HAD NEVER BEEN EXCEEDED. THE TRAILER WAS INSPECTED BY THE DEALER WHO DETERMINED THE TRAILER WAS A POOR DESIGN. SOME SUPPORT WELDS WERE ADDED IN AN ATTEMPT TO STRENGTHEN THE TONGUE AND HYDRAULIC CYLINDER. THE MANUFACTURER WAS ALERTED. THE VEHICLE IS A 2005 H&H HAULER TRAILER, MODEL SS.*AK
