Version Version 26.8.3, Release Date: Week of July 24, 2026. NOTE: Software version (26.4.3) will need to be manually installed only if current software version of DT II is (26.0.2). After (26.4.3) is manually installed, automatic updates will bring DT II to the latest software version. Refer to bulletin M1713 for instructions. New Features - Harley-Davidson: 2023-2024 Touring: Updated Electronic Control Module (ECM) calibration offerings. LiveWire: S2DM/MH/AP: Calibration bundle 10.2.28: Telematic Control Unit (TCU) reflash updates. SERVICE BULLETIN M1730: INCORRECT DERBY COVER ON LIBERTY EDITION ROAD GLIDE (FLTRX) AND STREET GLIDE 3 LIMITED (FLHLT). PURPOSE: Initial Release. This bulletin informs dealers that select Liberty Edition Road Glide (FLTRX) and Street Glide 3 Limited (FLHLT) motorcycles built between May 21, 2026 and June 10, 2026 will be shipped with an Incorrect Derby Cover (Part No. 25701561) installed. See Figure 1. This is the result of a temporary part shortage impacting the correct Liberty Edition component. Dealers will be required to replace the incorrect Derby Cover (Part No. 25701561) and associated components with the correct Derby Cover (Part No. 25702025) and associated components once they arrive at the dealership. Harley-Davidson will be sending the replacement parts directly to dealers with impacted units starting mid-June.

Warranty claims on repairs made prior to April 8, 2026 will be accepted following standard claim submission policy and process. This bulletin informs dealers of a Skyline™ OS software update, version (260005057D), for 2023-2026 Touring and 2026 Trike vehicles equipped with an Infotainment Control Unit (IFCU). This software update will be available both as Over The Air (OTA) and Universal Serial Bus (USB). Revision C. Updated: Required Dealer Action. Updated: Pre-delivery Update Note Added.
