TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 HARLEY-DAVIDSON FLHPE. WHILE PULLING OUT OF THE DRIVEWAY, THE VEHICLE DID NOT STOP WHEN THE FRONT BRAKES WERE APPLIED. IN ORDER TO STOP THE MOTORCYCLE, THE REAR BRAKES HAD TO BE APPLIED. THE CONTACT ATTEMPTED TO BLEED THE BRAKES, CHANGED THE BRAKE PAD, AND CHECKED THE MASTER CYLINDER; HOWEVER, THE FRONT BRAKES WERE STILL NOT WORKING PROPERLY. THE DEALER WAS CONTACTED (ROCKY TOP HARLEY DAVIDSON, 105 WALDENS MAIN ST, PIGEON FORGE, TN 37863) AND STATED THAT THE CONTACT COULD NOT BLEED THE BRAKES FOR ANTI-LOCK BRAKES WITHOUT GOING THROUGH THEIR COMPUTER. THE CONTACT HAD THE FAILURE REPAIRED BY BLEEDING THE BRAKES AND HAVING THE ANTI-LOCK BRAKE MODULE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 56,076.
