TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2020 HARLEY-DAVIDSON LIVEWIRE (FLHR) MOTORCYCLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REARVIEW MIRRORS FAILED TO ADJUST. THE CONTACT CALLED SAN JACINTO HARLEY-DAVIDSON (3636 EAST SAM HOUSTON PKWY S, PASADENA, TX 77505, (281) 991-4275) AND INFORMED THEM OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND PROVIDED REFERENCE NUMBER: 3885625. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 190. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN.
