Odometer Fraud. The contact purchased a 2012 Harley-Davidson FLHRC. The contact discovered a mileage discrepancy after the purchase. The motorcycle was a private sale. At the time of purchase, the motorcycle mileage was 12,000. The DMV provided documents to the contact, and it was later discovered that the mileage on the title was approximately 50,000.
