CONSUMER RECEIVED NHTSA RECALL 04V134000 SUBJECT REGARDING DEFECTIVE CIRCUIT BREAKER. CONSUMER CONTACTED THE DEALER FOR AN APPOINTMENT. DEALER REFUSED TO PERFORM RECALL REPAIRS BECAUSE CONSUMER DID NOT PURCHASE THE VEHICLE THERE. *AK
