Data refreshed

Complaints on fileComplaints are reports submitted to NHTSA by owners and drivers. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a complaint does not establish that a defect exists. Volume is influenced by how many of a vehicle were sold, how long it has been on the road, and how much attention an issue has received.

Crash reported

My motorcycle will lose all clutching control and will not disengage the clutch after riding in warmer conditions. This is a known problem with the model years 2013 to 2016. AFter researching this issue Harley issued a Do Not Ride recall in 2013 for bikes made after May 3rd, 2013. This bike was made May 1st, 2013. After discovering the NHSTA and Harley recall, this bike has the identical issue. This is a major safety concern and Harley will not address it. The consumer has yet to receive a response from the manufacturer.
