2019 Harley-Davidson Flhxse Owner Complaints

Reports submitted to NHTSA by owners and drivers, shown in full

Data refreshed

Complaints on fileComplaints are reports submitted to NHTSA by owners and drivers. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a complaint does not establish that a defect exists. Volume is influenced by how many of a vehicle were sold, how long it has been on the road, and how much attention an issue has received.

MY BRAND NEW 2019 STREET GLIDE CVO'S CTS SOUND SYSTEM CUTS IN AND OUT WHILE MOVING. IT IS FINE WHEN SITTING STILL. I SAW A VIDEO (HTTPS://WWW.YOUTUBE.COM/WATCH?V=YAGZZWTFDFW) WHERE THEY MENTION A BAD COLD SOLDER ON THE REAR OF THE RADIO, SPECIFICALLY WHERE IT PLUGS IN. SO WHEN YOUR ON THE ROAD IT SHORTS IN AND OUT. MY DEALERSHIP, BUCKMINN'S D&D, XENIA, OH, SERVICE STATED THEY THINK IT IS THE HIDDEN ANTENNA...I DON'T THINK THAT IS THE CASE, CONSIDERING IT WORKS SITTING IN MY UNDERGROUND GARAGE. ALSO, FROM RESEARCHING ONLINE, THIS SEEMS TO BE A BIG PROBLEM.
