What this page shows
Everything below is an owner-reported complaint submitted to NHTSA about the 2019 Harley-Davidson Flrt, grouped by the component NHTSA recorded on the report. These are not confirmed defects, and they are not recalls. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a category with more reports in it is not evidence that a part is defective.
Complaints are reports submitted by owners and drivers to NHTSA. They are not verified and do not establish that a defect exists.

From owner reports, verbatim
I just got home from the scariest ride on my bike ever! I pulled off the freeway (thank god!)and was driving along a busy street when my bike started bucking like a bronco. I was almost thrown off. I was trying to downshift & up shift and whatever I could to gain control. The front brake was locked up. I am so lucky that someone didn’t slam into the back of me and I was also lucky I wasn’t on the freeway. This bike has a close recall on it but I don’t believe it was actually fixed or if it was fixed, if this is going to keep happening. I was lucky to make it home alive! There should definitely be an additional recall because this bike is a death trap!
Too few reports in this category for a page of its own — they appear in the full complaint list.
Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers.
