TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 1999 HARLEY DAVIDSON FLSTC HERITAGE SOFTTAIL MOTORCYCLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT HE DISCOVERED A LARGE PUDDLE OF GASOLINE FUEL UNDER THE VEHICLE. THE FUEL CAP WAS REMOVED FROM THE FUEL TANK AND THE FUEL PRESSURE WAS RELEASED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT ALL OF THE GASOLINE IN THE VEHICLE ABNORMALLY LEAKED OUT. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND HE WAS ADVISED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER: 99V200000 (FUEL SYSTEM, GASOLINE: STORAGE: TANK ASSEMBLY). THE VEHICLE WAS SCHEDULED FOR REPAIRS WITH THE DEALER. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 25,000. UPDATED 01/20/11 *BF UPDATED 02/22/11
