SUBMISSION FROM CONSTITUENT RE 2006 FLSTC HERITAGE SOFTAIL. *SMD THE CONSUMER WAS CONCERNED ABOUT AN ENGINE DESIGN DEFECT, IN WHICH HE MAY HAVE TO EVENTUALLY ABSORB THE COST, WHICH RANGED ANYWHERE FROM $700-1800. *JB
