THE CONSUMER STATED THAT THE MOTOR BIKE WAS NOT SAFE ON HIGHWAY DUE TO INCORRECT WHEELS INSTALLED BY THE MANUFACTURER. THE CONSUMER WANTS THE DEALER TO REPLACE THE WHEELS. *YH
