The contact owns a 2024 Harley-Davidson FLTRK. The contact stated while riding the motorcycle and attempting to accelerate, the motorcycle failed to accelerate as intended. Additionally, the check engine warning light illuminated. The contact stated that the check engine warning light illuminated and then disappeared. The motorcycle was taken to the dealer; however, the failure was not duplicated. The contact stated that the check engine warning light was off. In addition, the contact stated that the failure had occurred several times. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and a case was filed. The failure mileage was approximately 2,000.
