TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 HARLEY DAVIDSON FXDSE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE STALLS DURING DECELERATION. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 5 MPH, THE LOCK STEERING DETACHED FROM THE VEHICLE. WHILE APPROACHING A STOP, THE VEHICLE STALLED AND CAUSED THE CONTACT TO FALL AND BREAK HIS FOOT. THE DEALER REPLACED THE OEM BOARD MODULE; HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED TWO DAYS LATER. HE TOOK THE VEHICLE BACK TO THE DEALER AND THEY REPLACED THE GAS TANK AND THE HANDLE BARS. A WEEK LATER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE CONTACT FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE MANUFACTURER. THE VEHICLE IS CURRENTLY IN THE POSSESSION OF THE DEALER. THE ENGINE SIZE, NUMBER OF CYLINDERS, AND POWERTRAIN WERE UNKNOWN. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 845 AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 3,500.
