What this page shows
Everything below is an owner-reported complaint submitted to NHTSA about the 2010 Harmony 03040003LRW, grouped by the component NHTSA recorded on the report. These are not confirmed defects, and they are not recalls. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a category with more reports in it is not evidence that a part is defective.
Complaints are reports submitted by owners and drivers to NHTSA. They are not verified and do not establish that a defect exists.

WE PURCHASED A HARMONY DEFENDER 360 AND INSTALLED IT ABOUT A YEAR AGO. IT HAS NOT BEEN REMOVED FROM THE CAR SINCE UNTIL TODAY. TODAY WHEN I WENT TO BUCKLE MY FOUR-YEAR-OLD SON INTO THE SEAT, I NOTICED THAT A BOLT HOLDING THE SEAT BACK TO THE BASE OF THE SEAT HAD COMPLETELY FALLEN OFF AND WAS LAYING ON THE SEAT OF MY CAR. THE SEAT STILL APPEARED TO BE ATTACHED AND I'M LUCKY I NOTICED THE MISSING BOLT. IT WOULD HAVE FALLEN APART IN A CRASH. VERY DANGEROUS. I'VE QUIT USING IT. MODEL 0302002MRS, MANUFACTURED 2015/05/09. DATE OF PURCHASE 8-4-15.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 HARMONY CHILD SAFETY SEAT, MODEL NUMBER: 0304003HCM (NA). THE SEAT WAS MANUFACTURED ON MAY 20, 2013. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE HARNESS STRAPS BECAME LOOSE AND COULD NOT BE TIGHTENED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE CHILD SEAT WAS NOT REPLACED.
Too few reports in this category for a page of its own — they appear in the full complaint list.
Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers.
