The contact owns a 2019 Highland Ridge Ultra Lite. The contact stated while driving 10 MPH, the rear driver’s side tire, located on the camper's second axle, detached from the vehicle without warning. The contact called an independent mobile mechanic who informed her that none of the camper's wheel hubs were greased due to the camper not being equipped with a raceway. The contact was informed that the axle and the entire hub assembly needed to be replaced. The mechanic then informed her of NHTSA Campaign Number: 18V616000 (Suspension) which he linked to the failure. The contact called the manufacturer and was informed that her vehicle was not included in the recall. The vehicle had yet to be repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 5,000.
