The defect: REV Recreation Group (REV) is recalling certain 2020 Fleetwood Pace Arrow LXE, Discovery and Discovery LXE, and Holiday Rambler Navigator and Endeavor motorhomes. The wire harness/plumbing bundle within the slideout raceway may have been improperly wrapped and secured.
The risk: Without the proper securement, the wire harness/plumbing bundle can become damaged, increasing the risk of a fire.
The remedy: REV will notify owners, and dealers will inspect, repair, reroute and resecure the wire harness/plumbing bundle, free of charge. The recall began January 31, 2020. Owners may contact REV customer service at 1-800-509-3417. REV's number for this recall is 191126REV.

The purpose of this Product Upgrade Bulletin is to inform REV dealers of the need to add sealant to the front driver side compartment on certain model year 2020 Fleetwood brand Discovery, Discovery LXE, and Pace Arrow LXE, and certain Holiday Rambler brand Endeavor and Navigator, Class A diesel motorhomes. A list of affected vehicle serial numbers appears at the end of this Bulletin. On motorhomes affected by this Product Upgrade, inadequate sealant application may allow water to intrude into the front driver side compartment.

The purpose of this Owner Notification Letter is to inform the owners of certain model year 2020 Holiday Rambler brand Endeavor (manufactured 5/7/2019 - 3/6/2020) and Navigator (manufactured 5/21/2019-3/12/2020), Class A diesel motorhomes about Product Upgrade 200701REV. On motorhomes affected by this Product Upgrade, the front driver's side compartment may not have been properly sealed. Inadequate sealant may allow water to intrude into the compartment. Proper application of new sealant will correct this condition.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; EQUIPMENT

The purpose of the service bulletin is to inform all REV dealers about a service bulletin released by Velvac on November 1, 2019, regarding a manual software update needed for certain Velvac Video Data Server* (VDS) units. A list of Velvac VDS serial numbers in need of the manual update appears on Page 2 of this bulletin. CONDITION: On November 3rd, 2019 the Global Positioning System (GPS) stopped reporting the correct time on the Net Hub connected to the Road-iQ* system. This will prevent the system from receiving and allowing software updates to be downloaded automatically. * This system is set up for Blind Spot Detection. It is installed as standard equipment on model year 2020 Class A diesel products and as an option on 2020 gas products. CORRECTION: The information from Velvac may be used to arrange a manual software update. It will be necessary to contact Velvac to obtain an operating system fi le via email. Also required is a laptop computer with Wi-Fi capability and the serial number of the Road-iQ Video Data Server. Please refer to the attached Velvac Service Bulletin for further details.

The purpose of this exemplar message is to inform the selling dealers of certain Class A diesel motorhomes, manufactured by REV Recreation Group between May 31, 2019 and June 10, 2019, about the need to seal the area around the entry step cover on certain Class A diesel motorhomes. On the affected motorhomes, the additional sealing of the entry step cover is necessary to prevent wind noise and unwanted air flow into the passenger area. To correct the issue, a 35? piece of aluminum angle, supplied by REV Recreation Group, is to be installed; afterwards, the area is to be sealed with sealant (black 3M #540 or Sikaflex 221) and expandable foam. A total of 9 motorhomes, offered for sale in the United States, were affected at the time the dealers were contacted; a total of 7 U.S. dealerships were contacted. REV Recreation Group opted to email and call the dealers rather than publish a service bulletin, due to the small number of affected units and the practicality of addressing the matter quickly, before the vehicles were retailed. The reference in the exemplar message to either a ?fixed? generator or ?sliding? generator is in regard to the style of tray to which the generator is mounted; ?fixed? refers to a stationary generator tray; ?sliding? refers to a generator tray that slides on rails out of an opening in the fascia in the fiberglass front cap. Depending on which style of generator tray is installed, the procedures vary as to the method of accessing the area (located above the generator) where the piece of aluminum angle is to be installed.
