TREAD LOST OFF COOPER TIRE .DAMAGE TO RV ONLY .SISTER TIRE ON SAME SIDE DUAL HAS BAD CRACKS .TIRE IS 235 /85/16 LOAD RANGE E USED ON HR RV 1995 MODEL .WEIGHT IS WITHIN LIMITS OF TIRES AND FRAME . TIRES ARE 3 YEARS OLD. *TR
WHILE DRIVING 55 MPH FRONT PASSENGER TIRE BLEW OUT. THIS CAUSED CONSUMER TO PULL OFF THE ROAD, AND CHANGE THE TIRE. CONSUMER STATED THAT TWO TIRES BLEW OUT WITHIN A TWO MONTH TIME FRAME. GOODYEAR, MARATHON , TIRE SIZE 275/75R/15. *AK

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 1995 HOLIDAY RAMBLER. THE CONTACT RECEIVED FORD RECALL NOTICE NUMBER 05S28 FOR THE VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL IN OCTOBER OF 2007. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE PART WOULD POSSIBLY BE AVAILABLE IN APRIL OF 2008. THE CONTACT FEELS THAT THE WAIT TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR IS EXCESSIVE. THERE HAD BEEN NO FAILURE TO DATE. THE NUMBER OF CYLINDERS WERE UNKNOWN. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 55,000.
