The purpose of this Product Upgrade Owner Notification Letter is to inform the owners of certain model year 2016-2017 Holiday Rambler brand Scepter Class A motorhomes manufactured between February 2, 2016 and February 22, 2017, about Product Upgrade campaign 170906REV. On motorhomes affected by this Product Upgrade campaign, SAE Grade 5 or 8 bolts should have been used to attach the leveling jacks to the jack brackets. If SAE Grade 5 or Grade 8 bolts were not used to install the leveling jacks, the mounting bolts will need to be replaced.

The purpose of this Product Upgrade service bulletin is to provide REV dealers the instructions to inspect, and if necessary, replace the mounting hardware for the Power Gear leveling jacks on certain model year 2016-2018 American Coach brand American Dream, American Eagle and American Revolution, model year 2016-2018 Monaco brand Diplomat, and model year 2016-2017 Holiday Rambler brand Scepter, manufactured between February 2, 2016 and April 28, 2017. On motorhomes affected by this Bulletin, SAE Grade 5 or 8 bolts should have been used to attach the leveling jacks to the jack brackets. If SAE Grade 5 or Grade 8 bolts were not used to install the leveling jacks, the mounting bolts will need to be replaced.
