The contact owns a 2020 FORD MOTORHOME CHASSIS. The contact owns a 2014 Jeep Wrangler. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V395000 ( ) has been completed, however, the part the parts of the vehicle where the sealed were not completely done from one end to the other. The contact informed the dealer who stated they were aware however there was nothing they could do. The contact stated the repair had still allowed for the opportunity for fumes to come through the floors and into the motorhome. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The approximate failure mileage was 5,000.

The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The contact attempted to reach the manufacturer but was unable to speak with a representative. The contact had not experienced a failure. Parts distribution disconnect.
