FIRESTONE, P245/75R16, DOT UNKNOWN. ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT ON A 1998, ROADTREK CONVERSION VAN WITH 32000 MILES. WHILE DRIVING 55 MPH, VEHICLE WAS HARD TO CONTROL, PULLED OVER AND NOTICED TREAD SEPARATION ON RIGHT FRONT TIRE. *AK *SLC
PE 00 020/TIRE TREAD SEPARATION: ON TWO DIFFERENT INCIDENTS VEHICLE EXPERIENCED A TREAD SEPARATION WHILE TRAVELING; FIRST, AT 22,700 MILES, LEFT REAR TIRE AT 60-65 MPH, AND SECOND, AT 25,300 MILES, RIGHT REAR TIRE AT 70 MPH.
