Owner-reported complaints naming the driver-assistance system, filed with NHTSA
Data refreshed
Driver assistance reportsComplaints are reports submitted to NHTSA by owners and drivers. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a complaint does not establish that a defect exists. Volume is influenced by how many of a vehicle were sold, how long it has been on the road, and how much attention an issue has received.

OFTEN WHEN I HAVE CRUISE CONTROL ON AND PUSH THE BUTTON TO INCREASE MY SPEED, WHEN I HAVE REACHED THE DESIRED SPEED AND LET GO OF THE BUTTON, MY CAR CONTINUES TO ACCELERATE AND WON'T STOP ACCELERATING UNTIL I TOUCH THE BRAKE PEDAL. IT'S VERY FRIGHTENING. THIS PROBLEM OCCURS APPROXIMATELY ONCE IN EVERY 7 TIMES I TRY TO USE THIS FEATURE OF ACCELERATING WHILE USING CRUISE CONTROL. BECAUSE OF ITS REGULAR RECURRENCE, THE "INCIDENT DATE," BELOW, IS MEANINGLESS. *TR
