TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 HONDA CHF50 METROPOLITAN MOTORCYCLE. WHILE RIDING 5 MPH, THE CLUTCH SEIZED. AS A RESULT, THE VEHICLE LIFTED IN THE AIR AND STRUCK THE CONTACT'S ELBOW. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED ELBOW INJURIES THAT REQUIRED MEDICAL ATTENTION. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 31,172.
