LUG NUT WERE LOOSE AND FELL OFF RESULTING IN WHEEL COMING OFF OF AXLE CAUSING DAMAGE.
ENTIRE POWER STEERING SYSTEM FAILED DUE TO CONTAMINATED FLUID.
