ENGINE MANUFACTURED WITH DEFECT ON THE ENGINE BLOCK. NLM
STEERING LOCK SECURITY FEATURE INSTALLED IN VEHICLE, HOWEVER NOT IN COMBINATION WITH ENGINE CUT OFF SWITCH, WHICH COULD BE A POSSIBLE PROBLEM IF STEERING LOCK IS ENGAGED AND ENGINE IS STARTED AND DRIVEN, POSSIBLE DESIGN FLAW. MJS
