The defect: International Motors, LLC (International) is recalling certain 2026 IC Bus CECB buses. The retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured.
The risk: An unsecured wheelchair can move during transit, increasing the risk of injury.
The remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace the retractors as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed February 16, 2026. Owners may contact International's customer service at 1-800-448-7825. International's number for this recall is 25527. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning February 9, 2026.

The defect: International Motors, LLC (International) is recalling certain 2025-2026 IC Bus CECB commercial buses. A tire may contact and damage the air dryer discharge line, causing an air leak and the unintentional activation of the parking brake.
The risk: Unintended activation of the parking brake while driving increases the risk of a crash.
The remedy: Dealers will inspect, replace, and reroute the lines as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 17, 2025. Owners may contact International customer service at 1-800-448-7825. International's number for this recall is 25518.

The defect: International Motors, LLC (International) is recalling certain 2026 IC Bus CECB commercial buses. The weld on the crank shaft assembly may fail, preventing the the left-side wiper from working.
The risk: An inoperative wiper can reduce the driver's ability to see out of the windshield, increasing the risk of a crash.
The remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace the windshield wiper module, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed October 27, 2025. Owners may contact International customer service at 1-800-448-7825. International's number for this recall is 25516.
