What this page shows
Everything below is an owner-reported complaint submitted to NHTSA about the 2021 Indian Roadmaster, grouped by the component NHTSA recorded on the report. These are not confirmed defects, and they are not recalls. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a category with more reports in it is not evidence that a part is defective.
Complaints are reports submitted by owners and drivers to NHTSA. They are not verified and do not establish that a defect exists.

From owner reports, verbatim
at around the 25,000 mile mark I had my handle bars replaced and since then the bike will shut off on freeway at speed when outside temps are warm i had a 19 chieftain that did the same and Indian had it for 2 months to repair now here we go again but through research and after 5 days in the shop i found on line in the Indian forums reports of the 20 amp circuit breaker being the culprit so i reported to my dealer and the contacted Indian who agreed so now i am waiting on the new part. i find it unbelievable Indian knows this is a issue and isn't recalling the bikes and replace the breakers instead of putting the owners lives at risk and hoping the part doesn't fail! i guess when some folks die maybe there will be a recall! UNSAT INDIAN!
Too few reports in this category for a page of its own — they appear in the full complaint list.
Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers.
