TL*THE VEHICLE OWNS A 1993 INTERNATIONAL 1000. THE VEHICLE HAS DYNATRAC OFF STEEL BELTED RADIAL TUBELESS TIRES (NA). WHILE THE CONTACT WAS PLACING AIR INTO THE FRONT OUTSIDE TIRE, THE TIRE EXPLODED IN THE HUSBAND'S FACE AND INJURED HIM. ONE MONTH LATER, THE CONTACT ATTEMPTED TO PLACE AIR INTO THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE INNER TIRE AND IT ALSO EXPLODED, BUT THE CONTACT WAS NOT INJURED. PRIOR TO THE FAILURE, THE CONTACT DID NOT NOTICE ANY DIFFERENCE IN THE TIRES. THE VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN DIAGNOSED BY THE DEALER. THE TIRE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 90. THE VEHICLE FAILURE MILEAGE AND TIRE SIZE WERE UNKNOWN. UPDATED 08/04/08 *BF UPDATED 08/07/08
