1ST INCIDENT: TREAD SEPARATION WHILE TRAVELING AT 55 MPH, LOST CONTROL OF VEHICLE-STRUCK EMBANKMENT; SOME VEHICLE BODY DAMAGE. 2ND INCIDENT: TRAVELING AT 35MPH, TREAD SEPARATION, NO LOSS OF CONTROL.
