The defect: THE FUEL CAP MAY NOT LOCK OR SEAL PROPERLY.
The risk: THE FUEL CAP COULD LEAK IN ACCIDENT CONDITIONS, SUCH ASA VEHICLE ROLLOVER. IF A FIRE DEVELOPS, LEAKING DIESEL FUEL COULD IGNITE ANDCAUSE PERSONAL INJURY.
The remedy: REPLACE THE FUEL CAP WITH A NEW TYPE LEVER CAP.
