TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 INTERSTATE TRAILER 1 7X16 V-FRONT. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS AND DEPRESSING THE BRAKES, HE NOTICED THAT THE BRAKES ON THE SECOND AXLE DID NOT ENGAGE. HE INSPECTED THE VEHICLE AND NOTICED THAT THE BRAKES WERE COOL TO THE TOUCH. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER. AFTER DIAGNOSIS, THEY ADVISED HIM THAT THERE WAS A DISCONNECTED WIRE AND RE-FITTED IT. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED BY RECONNECTING AND FITTING THE LOOSE WIRE. APPROXIMATELY TWO WEEKS AFTER THE REPAIR, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 5. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 200.
