SUMMARY: BMW NORTH AMERICA HAS NO REPORTS OF FRONT BRAKE SWITCH FAILURE. THE K-MODEL HAS WARNING LIGHT IF EITHER SWITCH FAILS. THE R-MODEL HAS NO WARNING LIGHT. A FEW REAR SWITCH FAILURES HAVE BEEN REPOR- TED TO BMW. UPGRADE THE PE TO AN EA ON R-MODEL ONLY.
