SUMMARY: SCHOOL DISTRICT REPORTS FOUR INCIDENCES OF UNWANTED ACCELERATION HAVE OCCURRED DURING THE PAST 12 MONTHS. PREVIOUS INCIDENCES WERE THOUGHT TO HAVE BEEN DRIVER ERROR, BUT TRANSPORTATION SUPERVISOR NOW BELIEVES FURTHER EVALUATION IS NECESSARY.===
