SYNOPSIS:THE MOUNTING BRACKET FOR THE SPARE TIRE IS ATTACHED TO AN AREAOF THE REAR OF THE VEHICLE WHICH IS MADE OF FIBERGLASS WITH NO METALRE-ENFORCEMENT.THE FIBERGLASS CAN CRACK AND FAIL ALLOWING THE SPARE TIRETO DROP INTO THE PATH OF ONCOMING TRAFFIC.===
