ELECTRICAL SHORT/FIRE
ALLEGED THAT THE IGNITION SWITCH WIRING HARNESS IS INSTALLED SO IT RUBS AGAINST THE STEERING COLUMN MOUNTING BRACKET.EVENTUALLY, THE HARNESS INSULATION IS WORN AWAY AND A SHORT OCCURS.ONE SCHOOL BUS FIRE IS ALLEGED TO HAVE OCCURRED AS A RESULT.
