THIS INVESTIGATION IS OPENED TO OBTAIN ADDITIONAL INFORMATION CONCERNING THE PROBLEM EXPERIENCE AND SCOPE, AND TO PROVIDE THE BASISFOR NOT ISSUING A SAFETY RECALL TO CORRECT THIS TAILLIGHT/BRAKE LIGHT CONCERN.HISTORICALLY, PROBLEMS THAT EFFECT THE FUNCTION OF THE TAILLIGHTS AND BRAKE LAMPS ARE USUALLY CORRECTED BY CONDUCTING SAFETY RECALLS.
