The risk: UNDER EXTREME TOWING CONDITIONS, THIS COULD CAUSE THEHITCH ASSEMBLY TO COME LOOSE AND COULD RESULT IN LOSS OF CONTROL OF THE VEHICLEBEING TOWED, WHICH COULD RESULT IN AN ACCIDENT.
The remedy: COMPLETE WELDS TO PREVENT HITCH ASSEMBLY FROM LOOSENING.

The defect: REAR AXLE BRAKE TUBE FLARE WAS INCORRECTLY MANUFACTURED, A SINGLE FLARE TYPE INSTEAD OF A DOUBLE FLARE TYPE WAS USED.
The risk: THE SINGLE FLARE MAY FAIL AFTER EXTENDED USE; THISFAILURE WOULD CAUSE THE REAR AXLE BRAKES TO BECOME INOPERATIVE, INCREASING STOPPING DISTANCE WHICH COULD CAUSE AN ACCIDENT.
The remedy: THE DOUBLE FLARE TUBE WILL BE INSTALLED TO REPLACE THE SINGLE FLARE TUBE.
