The contact owns a 2025 Jayco Fifth Wheel Pinnacle. The contact stated that while inspecting the trailer, the front and rear passenger-side wheels were cracked. Roadside Assistance replaced the damaged wheels, and the trailer was taken to the dealer. The dealer confirmed that the wheels were cracked and determined that the affected wheel needed to be replaced. The wheel was replaced; however, the failure recurred. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure by telephone, and a case was opened. The failure mileage was approximately 5,000
