WHEEL FALLS OFF DUE TO LOOSE LUG NUTS. LUG NUTS WILL NOT MAINTAIN TORQUE AND WHEEL COMPLETELY FELL OFF CAUSING ACCIDENT. IN MOTION ABOUT 100 MILES OF LOW SPEED TOWING. *DT *TR *DT CONSUMER STATED FIRST TIME WHEEL CAME OFF. CARFAX CANNOT PROCESS REQUEST VIN INVALID. UPDATED 10/29/18*JB
