DURING SUSPENSION INSPECTION FOUND MAJOR CRACKING IN FRAME. TRAILER REPAIR SHOP CALLED IT "CATASTROPHIC FAILURE OF THE FRAME". CRACKING STARTED FROM THE SUPPORT GUSSETS WELDED TO THE FRAME MID SPAN IN SIX LOCATIONS THAT SUPPORT THE CHANNEL THAT THE SPRING SHACKLES BOLT TO. SUSPECT FATIGUE IN THE FRAME WEB DUE TO A LACK OF CROSS BRACING FROM THE MANUFACTURER.
