I CALL SAMSUNG ABOUT A MICROWAVE RECALL MODEL MR1031WB S/N 71AT600309F. I PURCHASED THE RV USED AND WANTED TO MAKE SURE RECALL WAS COMPLETED SAMSUNFGADVISED ME THE OWNER WAS REIMBURSED AND SHOULD HAVE DISPOSED OF THE MICROWAVE BUT THE RV STILL HAS THE MICROWAVE AFFECTED I DIDN'T KNOW YOU COULD REIMBURSE A RECALL I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION IT HAD TO BE REPAIRED BY AN AUTHORIZED LOCATION IN INSURE ALL'S SAFETY. I CALLED JAYCO AND WAS ADVISED THIS RECALL MUST GO THU SAMSUNG. SAMSUNG NUMBER IS 800-932-3837 JAYCO NUMBER IS 800-283-8267. I HAVE THE MICROWAVE UNPLUGGED NOW NEED TO KNOW WHAT DIRECTION TO TAKE TO RESOLVE A SAFETY RECALL ISSUE. THANKS KIRT I SEE A DIFFERENT CAMPAIGN NUMBER LISTED BUT THE ONE I HAVE IS 03E04400
