Additionally, the manufacturer informed the contact that buy-back assistance could not be provided currently, and the contact was advised to consult the warranty company regarding arbitration. Vehicle propelled my wife through garage door and into garage. Automatically started moving on its own from a complete stop and would not respond to brakes. While slamming on brakes, vehicle propelled forward at full throttle while in EV mode. We are thankful no one was killed or injured. Caused significant damage to our home.
