WHILE DRIVING, THE MOTOTCYCLE SUDDENLY SHUTS DOWN AND WILL NOT RESTART, THE BATTERY HAS BEEN REPLACED BUT THE BIKE CONTINUES TO SHUT DOWN, THE DEALER HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO DETERMINE THE PROBLEM, THE HEADLAMPS ARE ALSO INOPERATIVE, POSSIBLE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM MALFUNCTION. NLM

WHILE DRIVING THEIRS A LOUD NOISE COMING FROM THE VEHICLES' DRIVE SHAFT. CONSUMER HAD VEHICLE SERVICED BY THE DEALERSHIP AND A MECHANIC. THE MECHANIC INDICATED IF THE NOISE CONTINUES IT CAN CAUSE THE SHAFT TO SEIZE UP WHICH WILL RESULT IN THE BACK WHEELS LOCKING UP. THIS CAN CAUSE AN ACCIDENT. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER IS AWARE THAT THEIRS IS A PROBLEM WITH THE VEHICLE, BUT DON'T WANT TO TAKE RESPONSIBLILTY FOR IT.
