2007 Komfort Travel Trailer Owner Complaints

Reports submitted to NHTSA by owners and drivers, shown in full

Data refreshed

Complaints on fileComplaints are reports submitted to NHTSA by owners and drivers. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a complaint does not establish that a defect exists. Volume is influenced by how many of a vehicle were sold, how long it has been on the road, and how much attention an issue has received.

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 KOMFORT TRAVEL TRAILER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE BACK SLIDER OF THE TRAILER DID NOT SEAL CORRECTLY. HE NOTICED THAT WHEN IT RAINED OR WHEN HE WASHED THE TRAILER, THE INTERIOR WOULD BECOME SOAKED. SOMEONE SHOWED HIM THAT HE COULD SEAL IT WITH BARS, BUT THE CONTACT DID NOT WANT TO DO THAT SINCE HE FIGURED IT WAS A FAILURE WITH THE TRAILER. HE CONSULTED THE MANUFACTURER AND WAS INFORMED THAT HE WOULD RECEIVE A CALLBACK. HE NEVER RECEIVED A CALLBACK. THE DEALER ATTEMPTED TO REPAIR THE FAILURE SIX TIMES, BUT IT STILL PERSISTS. THE MILEAGE WAS NOT APPLICABLE.
