From owner reports, verbatim
The contact owns a 2018 KZ Sportsmen LE equipped with propane regulator manufactured by Winntec, Model Number: 6020, Date Code: N1723. The contact stated researched recalls online and found NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V670000 (Equipment). He then contacted the manufacturer and was informed that the RV regulator was included in the recall however, he later received a call from the manufacturer stating that the regulator was not included in the recall. The contact stated that he called the dealer who stated that the regulator should be included in the recall. The contact had not experienced a failure however, he was concerned about a possible future failure. The contact stated that he had located the part and was waiting the part to replace on the regulator. The contact stated that the manufacturer stated that if he could find the part he would be reimbursed. He was later informed that he would not be reimbursed.
