TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 LANCE SLIDE-IN CAMPER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FRONT WINDOW SPRUNG A LEAK TWO YEARS AGO. THE DEALER REPAIRED THE VEHICLE AT THAT TIME AND THEN AGAIN ON APRIL 26, 2008. THE DEALER REPAIRED THE FRONT CAP, FIBERGLASS WALL, BED BOTTOM, CLEARANCE LIGHTS, AND THE FLOOR, WHICH HAD ROTTED OUT. THE CONTACT HAD TO PAY $4,179.32 FOR ALL OF THE REPAIRS AS A RESULT OF THE LEAKING WINDOW. THE MILEAGE AND VIN WERE NOT APPLICABLE.
