THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO OURISMAN LEXUS OF ROCKVILLE (15501 FREDERICK RD, ROCKVILLE, MD 20855) WHERE IT WAS CONFIRMED THAT PARTS WERE NOT YET AVAILABLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE. VIN TOOL CONFIRMS PARTS NOT AVAILABLE.
