What this page shows
Everything below is an owner-reported complaint submitted to NHTSA about the 2019 Lexus LS Hybrid, grouped by the component NHTSA recorded on the report. These are not confirmed defects, and they are not recalls. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a category with more reports in it is not evidence that a part is defective.
Complaints are reports submitted by owners and drivers to NHTSA. They are not verified and do not establish that a defect exists.

I have a 2019 LS500 I’ve been hearing noise from my tires and Also my tire shredded literally at 3k miles. It took manufacture 6 months after that to recall all 4 tires. I was very scared to drive the car. When it happened I was going 80. The car swerved all over the highway. If there had been a car near me it most likely would have been fatal. The absolute most terrifying experience I have ever been through. I feel they should have replaced all the sorry [XXX] run-flats way sooner I drive all over us. Buying this Lexus 500 LS has this far been a horrible DANGEROUS mistake. I need this problem fixed or I need my full money back. INFORMATION Redacted PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6).
