Data refreshed
Our database holds 5 NHTSA owner-reported complaints for the 2012 Lexus LS. Each one is a report filed by an owner or driver and published by NHTSA without most of them being verified. A complaint is not a confirmed defect, not a recall and not a manufacturer bulletin. Narratives are shown exactly as filed.
Complaints are reports submitted by owners and drivers to NHTSA. They are not verified and do not establish that a defect exists.

Someone hit from front left head on but the airbags did not deploy. Car was damaged the extent that it maybe totalled. I am working with ALSTATE Insurance at this time.
RECENTLY TOOK MY 2012 LS460 INTO DEALER FOR BRAKING ISSUES. WHEN BRAKES APPLIED, CAR WOULD NOSE DIVE AS IT CAME TO A COMPLETE STOP. WHEN PRESSING BRAKE PEDAL IT MAKE A SQUEAKING NOISE. BRAKE PEDAL WAS ALWAYS SOFT, FELT LIKE NO BRAKE PADS LEFT BUT THEY ALL HAD RECENTLY BEEN CHECKED 3 MONTHS AGO AND HAD 10MM LEFT. WHEN BRAKING, YOU CAN FEEL VIBRATIONS IN THE PEDAL. LEXUS DEALER CONFIRMED FAULTY BRAKE ACTUATOR. *TR
