What this page shows
Everything below is an owner-reported complaint submitted to NHTSA about the 2025 Lexus LX, grouped by the component NHTSA recorded on the report. These are not confirmed defects, and they are not recalls. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a category with more reports in it is not evidence that a part is defective.
Complaints are reports submitted by owners and drivers to NHTSA. They are not verified and do not establish that a defect exists.

Each component in detail
What the reports in each category say, in the owners' own words
Suspension
Reports naming suspension components — springs, struts, shocks, control arms and related hardware.
From owner reports, verbatim
My 2025 Lexus 700H F-Sport Bounces or wobbles when in Econ or Comfort. The suspension feels like bad shocks or springs. The Bouncing is so bad on highway turns that the driver must slow down over bumps to prevent the SUV from Bouncing off the road. At night one can easly see the wobble or bouncing of the SUV lights. I have made 3 trips to my Lexus Dealer, Jim Hudson Lexus in Columbia, SC. The last visit my truck was evaluated by a Field Technical Specialist, Mr Matt Hennessey. Matt stated this is the way they come to the Dealership. His solution was for me not to drive in Econ or Comfort or sell the vehicle.
